Welcome!

Our Mission

To enhance the well-being of America’s veterans, their families, our military, and our communities by our devotion to mutual helpfulness. The American Legion’s vision statement is “The American Legion: Veterans Strengthening America.”

Here in Mico, we have a wealth of opportunity before us! We have established this Post to serve the veterans and community in the northern part of Medina County, Texas. In 2023, voters approved a bond to fund a new high school, Creek View High School, in the Rio Medina Valley. More Veterans will be moving to the area, just outside San Antonio which is a designated Military City, as more than 3000 new homes are under development. We will be ready to serve these communities!

We meet the 4th Monday of every month at the Mico Fire Department, 7121 County Road 271, Mico, Texas, 78056, at 7pm. ALL Veterans are welcome to join us! As we build our team, we are looking for people to join us in ANY capacity. From a paying member who comes out for social events, to a member of the executive board, you will fit in! THERE IS A PLACE FOR YOU!

For more information about our post, our events and how to get in touch with us, check out our Facebook page linked below. Our email is micopost380@gmail.com. Our mailing address is Mico Post 380, 214 County Rd 2757, Mico TX 78056. Memberships should be mailed to that address with a check for $45. Or come to a meeting! It’s easier!

We are, for God and Country!
